I really liked the look of this shirt, but after wearing it for a bit, the material felt rough and stiff against my skin. I kept hoping it would soften up, but it didn’t really improve much. If you’re sensitive to scratchy fabrics, I’d probably suggest skipping this one or wearing it with an undershirt.

The order showed up and, right away, I was like, yeah... this doesn’t look great. The box was crushed, and there was barely any padding around the items inside. Luckily, nothing was actually broken, but it definitely felt like someone packed it in a hurry. Maybe I’m judging too fast, but for what I paid, I expected it to be a lot more secure. Not a total disaster, just disappointing.

The communication was confusing. Most of the time I had to piece things together myself because the replies didn’t really answer what I was asking. It kind of felt like they were talking around the questions instead of actually explaining anything, which made the whole experience way more frustrating than it needed to be.

I’m giving 4 stars because a couple things I wanted weren’t available, or I had to dig around a bit to find what I was looking for. Still, overall it was a good experience

I’m still waiting on my refund, it’s getting really tiring dealing with the same issue again. Support barely replies, and when they do, it doesn’t really move anything forward. Just frustrating at this point.

I ordered a shirt and it ended up taking almost three weeks to arrive. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea where my package was or when to expect it.
